Certifications That Truly Add Business Value
Chemical Free Farmers has worked intensely since our inception to create certification programs that not only enhance the visibility and credibility of your produce in market, but that also offer unrivaled support, business development, partnership and marketing opportunities.
We offer two levels of certification to meet the needs of the farming community:
Organic certification is for those farmers and producers seeking the highest possible level of accreditation - being full compliance with the Australian National Standard for Organic & Bio-dynamic Produce.
To achieve the Certified Organic mark, the applicant must pass all Chemical Free Farmers assessments with respect to the production environment, property and inputs.
That is - 0% non-organic inputs.
Certified Chemical Free
Chemical free certification is for those farmers and producers seeking a formal accreditation and brand mark but who are unable to achieve full compliance with the Australian National Standard (this can be due to climatic elements, feed requirements or lack of availability of organic inputs.
To achieve the Certified Chemical Free mark, the applicant must still pass a Chemical Free Farmers review and testing battery against over 150 chemical elements and residues.
